iPhone 5s (2013) was discontinued in March 2015; 11 years ago. If it is available anywhere now through third party channels, then it would be mostly useless due to being outdated (iOS 12 max).

iPhone 5s was available in three colors: dark gray, silver, and gold — not rose gold.

The iPhone 6s (2015) was the first iPhone available in rose gold color.

You don't, that model was discontinued 10 years ago. Even if you could find one, the highest iOS it ran was 12.5.7, not much would run on it these days and the battery would be shot.

Not to mention that it lacks support for Voice over LTE (VoLTE). That first appeared in the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. The LTE support in the iPhone 5s is for data only, and that's not going to be good enough in many parts of the world to let you use an iPhone 5s even like a simple "flip" phone.

P.S. – There is now an iOS 12.5.8. Anyone still using an iPhone 5s, 6, or 6 Plus should install it before the end of next January, when a key security certificate in iOS 12.0 – 12.5.7 expires.
