There is no such thing as a directory of every single component in the iPhone on where it is sourced. You will usually know where it was assembled and have the Designed by Apple Computer logo on the box. Along with that the model number indicates the market it is intended to be sold in. That is all you get!
There is not even a single source for the same component, such as the screen. Apple is a global company that many countries contribute to the final product.
