The Mac game appears to be a very old app, and the posted reviews are decidedly mixed.

Your iPhone is running iOS 15 per your posting, which means it is probably an iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 7, or iPhone 7 Plus, all of which are fairly old; roughly seven or eight years old, or more.

You csn see which iPhone and which iOS version in Settings > General > About
