Apple Music Family Sharing member prompted to subscribe

I subscribe to Apple Music Family plan. I have a Family share group created. I have Family Sharing turned on. My wife is prompted to subscribe to Apple Music every time she tries to use it. When we check her settings, it shows her as part of the Family Share group and that she has access to Apple Music. She is logged in on her own AppleID. She has my AppleID as the account to use for Purchases. She successfully syncs to the shared iCloud account without issue.

I don't understand why it says she needs to subscribe to Apple Music any time she tries to use it.

What am I missing or what do we need to change?
