No ring on watch but still vibrates

My Apple Watch has all of a sudden lost the sound. The vibrations when someone rings are fine but no sound. I’ve checked everything, rebooted etc etc. when someone rings me I can’t hear through watch conversation but they can hear me when I talk through my watch.
