Your iPhone 7 Plus is forever limited to iOS 15.
If you need iOS newer than iOS 15, you will need a newer or new iPhone.
Preferably iPhone 11 and newer, and iPhone SE 2nd and newer, as these models can get to iOS 26 and iOS 27; to the current and upcoming iOS versions.
The iPhone 7 Plus hardware is too limited, and can’t get past iOS 15.
