How can I complain about Apple Support staff?! All my music disappeared from Apple Music (thanks to Apple Support “staff”)

Where can I send complaint about Apple Support? I redeemed App Store Gift Card (30$) and after I prolonged Apple Music Family plan - 30$ disappeared from my account (instead of 19,99$). I filled application about this problem through “report a problem” Apple's service with on simple question: where my extra 10$ from my App Store wallet?! After that all my all my Music collected through years TOTALLY DISAPPEARED!!!). Moreover, I still didn’t get my 19,99$ from cancelled subscription

Hi! Sorry but this answer is totally useless. Apple Support through website / app offers only articles, I can’t even send a ticket, its only available through refunds - BUT THEY DO NOT EVEN READ WHAT YOU TEXT THEM. Also I can’t phone US number - I am not from US and in my country there is no phone number to call local Apple Support. Any other options to contact Apple?
