APPLE Earpods purchased on Amazon. Amazon directed me to get Apple support

I have purchased Apple earpods 7 times in the last year from Amazon as they keep breaking and i was not aware there is any warranty on it. So i went ahead and purchased ASURION protection and now when it has broken, its past 30 days and Asurion and Amazon say its covered by APPLE. thats news to me.

Buit I am not finding how to get any help with replacement on these.

If these are genuine Apple EarPods and the failure is due to a manufacturing defect, Apple’s limited warranty may cover them. Accidental damage or normal wear wouldn’t be covered.

I’d contact Apple Support and have your Amazon order receipt available, since Apple may ask for proof of purchase. You can start a service request here: Apple Repair and Repair Status Check - Official Apple Support

Also make sure the Amazon listing showed Apple as the manufacturer and check who the actual seller was. That may matter if Apple needs to verify the purchase.
