New iCloud backup not appearing to restore WhatsApp Business chat history

I transferred from my old iPhone to a new iPhone and lost my WhatsApp Business chat history.

My old iPhone still has WhatsApp Business installed with 247.1 MB Documents & Data and WhatsApp Inc. shows 9.15 GB shared data.

I also have an iCloud device backup showing 10.5 GB, dated today at 07:16. Earlier its backup details showed WA Business at approximately 6.17 GB. However, when I erase the new iPhone and choose Show All Backups, that 07:16 backup does not appear as a restore option. I have already restored the 22:16 yesterday and 12:44 yesterday backups and WhatsApp Business restored with only about 1 MB of Documents & Data.

I need help determining whether the 07:16 newer backup can be restored and whether the WhatsApp Business app data is actually contained in that backup. Please do not advise me to delete the existing backup.

Toggle On WhatsApp Itself:

Apps nor App Data is stored in iCloud. WhatsApp is not backed up, unless to choose to backup WhatsApp from within WhatsApp itself.

As for Determining if it Can Be Stored…

Have enough Storage:

You might need to upgrade your iCloudDrive Subscription, if not enough is available.
