i still didnt receive confirmation email for my iPhone 18 preorder which i placed yesterday at 5 pm uae time
any advice please
the only thing i have is screenshot of my order number start with W
but i cant even find it in apple store reservation or orders section

Same issue here.
I placed my order about 5 minutes after the release and didn’t experience any issues during the checkout process. I saw an order confirmation page afterwards, but unfortunately didn’t take a screenshot of the number but i see it on my payment provider (paypal).
So far, I haven’t received a confirmation email, and the order doesn’t appear in my account under “My Orders”. I also can’t find it using the order ID.
I contacted support yesterday, and they initially couldn’t find my order either. After some time, they told me they had “found it on a backup server”. He also told me my order items and price so they have the details. He mentioned that it might take some time due to the high volume on release day.
However, it’s now been more than 23 hours. :(
unfortunately almost 30 hours now and still no confirmation

First, remember this is a community of end users. Apple does not participate here. We can only respond based on our experiences and observations. We cannot make things happen at Apple's end.
My experience is that Apple sends a confirmation email to the address assocaited wit your Apple Account/Apple ID. If you have multiple email accounts, check them all.
