My phone will not allow Facebook to access my photos and permission is turned on for all social medias is downstairs even show photos to be accessed and only 2 apps are connected to my photos help

Apple support's online article (link below) explains how to allow third-party (non-Apple) apps to access your Photos etc.; apps need to request access ... and you are in control of which apps you trust to have access.
Control access to information in apps on iPhone - Apple Support
Check Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos
(Apps that have requested access will appear there.)

If needed: Check whether or not there are ScreenTime restrictions set for allowing Facebook to access your Photos.
ie: Settings > ScreenTime > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Photos
