I have an ipod touch (gen 4) that I just factory reset. Now it's saying I need to connect to itunes but I don't have itunes. I have it connected to my laptop in the hope that it would connect to Apple music, but no luck. What can I do? I just need to log in and then I should be able to download apps onto it again.
If you're using Windows laptop, you can still install iTunes.

iTunes was removed from macOS at macOS 10.15. It was replaced by several apps, including Finder.
