App TOS Violations -Fusion

I need to report an app in TestFlight by a developer that had their initial app (Fusion) removed by apple for violations of using Stremio addons and now submitted a different app (Odin) that’s trying to conceal its real intent and there are more apps that have been removed as well by apple similar to Fusion such as Strand (that’s currently in TestFlight) and those removed such as Omni and Prism whose intend is to hide their true intent of using Stremio addons as a backend and a Jellyfin sever as a front end. But this is my claim I want to file against the developer of Fusion/Odin:

Subject: Violation of Guidelines 2.3.1 & 5.6: Bypassing

App Review (Odin App)

I am reporting "Odin" (by Fusion Developer) for severe violations of the App Store Review Guidelines, specifically Guideline 2.3.1 (Hidden Features) and Guideline 5.6 (Developer Code of Conduct).

The app was approved under the guise of a standard media player. However, it contains an intentional "bait-and-switch" mechanism designed to circumvent Apple's vetting process.

The app uses a backend connection via jlly.cc to mimic a legitimate Jellyfin server. In reality, this framework acts as a stealth bridge to load unauthorized Stremio add-ons, transforming the app into an external web scraper for unlicensed streams. The developer is masking this primary purpose to smuggle banned functionality onto the App Store.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1.   Open Odin.
  2.   Go to server configuration.
  3.   Input jlly.cc parameters.
  4.   Observe the hidden interface unlocking external
  5. Stremio indexers.

Please run a manual audit on this app.

Please consider this of utmost importance and a official complaint of fraud etc etc Thank you

Sorry, you are not speaking to Apple here and this is just a Community forum of users where your post will not be read by Apple. To report a concern for any app in the App Store to Apple, go  to reportaproblem.apple.com and one of the things you can do is report an app as a Fraud/Scam.
