urgent attention on yellow/green display after update on iPhone 13pro

my iPhone 13pro is showing intermittent yellow/green display after updating iOS 26.6.1. After that I contacted radius systems private limited, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on 8 September 2026 where they generated a report stating no physical damage or water damage in device, which solidify the claim that problem occurred after the update. But when I contacted the customer care center on 8 September 2026, they assured me that they will do best they can but on 12th September they rejected saying your device is out of warranty which is very unprofessional from apple as the issue is there in many 13 series devices and it is well documented problem in apple community and YouTube several users are experiencing this type of an issue in there iPhone 13 series phone even apple acknowledge this itself. I request apple to genuinely look into this issue and try to repair their devices which do not show sign of physical or water damage free of cost. for reference my case id is - ***

This is a user-to-user community, so Apple won’t review your case or approve a repair from a post here.

The service report showing no physical or liquid damage is useful, but it doesn’t by itself establish that the iOS update caused the display problem. I also don’t see an Apple-published repair program for an iPhone 13/13 Pro yellow or green display on Apple’s current Service Programs page. → Apple Service Programs - Apple Support

Since Apple Support already has the case and the service report, I’d contact them again and ask whether the case can be reviewed by a senior advisor and whether your specific serial number qualifies for any repair exception or coverage they can offer.

Also, I wouldn’t post your case ID publicly. It won’t help other users here resolve the repair decision.
