I am being pestered by my phone wanting to be a keyboard when I’m not in any app on my watch. When I’m moving I get this pop up every few seconds. I’m going mad. I have no idea how and where to turn this off. Even in do not disturb this happens and it is not something I can turn off in notifications. Oh my goodness. I have updated my phone is this a new function? Plz help me :( (iPhone 14plus and Apple Watch 7)

On your iPhone, go to Settings > Notifications > Apple Watch Keyboard and turn off "Allow Notifications". This is really a band-aid, though.
You may still want to try to unpair your watch and pair it again using the watch backup. You could also try to unpair the watch and pair it as new (without recovering the backup).

Yo u are not going to believe this when I say it. I turned the watch off and on again and it was fixed 😳
