My iPhone 16 Pro does not charge past 80%. I've reset all settings, Optimized Battery Charging turned off, limit set to 100%. I reached out to Apple Support who told me nothing is wrong with my battery.

Are you fast charging? If you are it will pause at 80% to let the battery cool down. If you leave it connected it will resume when it is safe to do so.

It is normal for a battery to charge to 100% to calibrate and recalibrate the algorithm used to determine battery health. It may do this multiple times in a row. Do you have any Focus modes set? Are you using an Apple charging cable and wall charger?
Charge limit is set to 100% yes. I would have previously had it on 80% when I just purchased the phone, it was on 80% for a long time. Question: Is it possible that the phone just stuck with that and has to unlearn?
I took off all of these: Optimized Battery Charging, Clean Energy Charging, Adaptive Power. Took everything off to see if it would help.
I got the phone from Apple, purchased it brand new, I have never made any changes to the hardware or anything. The battery does not show signs of swelling, no damage, the phone has not has any serious falls, it's in top condition. I'm very careful with my devices.

I use the Apple charging block and cord, I've tried another one as well. I even tried plugging in to a PC, my car, a power bank, funny enough those reduced the battery instead of charging it.
I tried charging overnight, did not go past 80%. I tried turning off and charging both during the day and overnight, no luck.
