Unable to verify Apple Cash account due to incorrect date of birth

I tried to verify my account but it said unable to verify my account. My DOB in my Apple accounts personal section was wrong at the time which may have caused this. But I’m now unable to reverify my identity which I need to in order to make a dispute for money which I am owed. Green dot bank was also no longer able let my verify my identity.
