Official iOS 27 version shows prerelease error when writing app reviews
iOS 27, when I try to rate an app, it says "You can't write reviews while using a prerelease version of iOS." I’m using the official version of iOS 27.

Servers don't update instantaneously. It can be 24 to 48 hours before some updates are completed.

Yes Apple can be sluggish.
Wait a few days.
Can confirm. Will have to try again when 27.1 comes out I guess.
Probably not a bug. Patience is a virtue. Wait a few days.

New Siri app doesn’t think I have the right iOS version either. Same bug, I suppose.
Assuming you joined the waitlist for Siri AI, the new Siri app won't work until you are granted access anyway. I've been told by Apple directly it may take 5 - 10 business days after joining the wait list to get the new Siri.

So do you have to download and install the Siri app or does it install after you leave the waiting list? I’m on the waiting list but here’s no Siri app.
Sorry for the delay, I never get notifications of replies for the iPhone forum. I joined the waitlist, then went out and found the Siri app to download. Whether it would automatically download once invited in the secret Siri kingdom, I don't know.
I just got Siri AI, so the advisor who told me it would take from 5 - 10 business days was way off. Siri is so much more expressive and responsive. You can choose from a number of accents and voices and customize the pace and expressiveness. Pretty cool!

Thanks, found it.
Update to iOS 27 now.

It’s fixed, I can now rate applications.

Great, it was just a short delay while backend servers sync data. Sorry for the delay and I hope you have a great rest of your evening!
I never apologise on Apple's behalf. They are tardy and need to improve.
