Reminders are synced via iCloud. The first step is to ensure iCloud is active. After the macOS 27 Golden Gate upgrade, you likely need to go to System Settings and clear any red badge 'action items' that appear near the top of the sidebar. You may see prompts to accept iCloud terms and/or to re-sign into your Apple Account (I saw both after upgrading).

Confirm that Reminders are syncing (the yellow warning triangle in your Shortcuts screenshot suggests they are not). Go to System Settings > Apple Account (your name at the top) > iCloud, then click on the See All button. Confirm that Reminders are toggled on.

If you do not seep any prompts, or you have already cleared them, and Reminders is set to sync, then sign out of then back into your Apple Account.

Sign in to or out of your Apple Account on Mac - Apple Support

That will refresh the syncing of iCloud-synced services, including Reminders.
