How long to get Siri AI once on the waitlist?

I updated my phone late yesterday afternoon and signed up for the waitlist. When I checked Settings this morning, I had access. There was a notification in Settings.

I joined the waitlist yesterday too, and still nothing yet today. So, yeah, time frame varies.

Patience is key.

Edit, 1 hour later, just got notified it's available.

There is no time frame given, for me it too 3 days. For some it was less and others required more time. Make sure you are leaving your device plugged into power overnight and connected to WiFi.

I updated on Tuesday as well and received Siri AI today. I had left my phone connected to Wifi and power overnight for the last 3 nights as recommended.

It took me 3 days.

I am in Canada. Not sure if location makes a difference.

I seem to recall that Siri AI is not available in EU and China

Yes, I got it on Tuesday at the same time I got it on my iPhone. I believe the entire account gets it at once.

You'll get it when you get it. No one here would know when that will be. No one here can speed up the process.

I updated my iPhone and Mac yesterday and have been waiting for the Siri update since then. I am uncertain whether the timing varies for users who run both devices together.

I also hope that after a few security updates, the devices will avoid lag and remain as smooth as they are now.

If I recall, I updated my Mac about 24 hours after my iPhone. By that time, I'd already gotten Siri AI on my phone. I never had to do anything on the Mac to activate Siri AI.

I'm not seeing any lag on either my iPhone 17 Pro or my MBP M3 at this point. The phone was a bit slow until it finished optimizing. One interesting feature of iOS 27 is that it now tells you in Settings, right toward the top of the page, if it's still optimizing.

It is my understanding that once you get Siri AI, you'll have it on all of your appropriately updated devices.

Been on the waitlist for a few days now on iPhone 16 and iPhone 13. Still nothing Maybe I won’t have to wait as long when I set up my iPhone 18 pro max.
