This is a user to user only forum. We can't speak for Apple, but past history is pretty telling and features are limited if the RAM in a phone can't support them. Yes, iPhone 17 doesn't get the full suite of Siri AI for expressive voices. But it does get Siri AI. I have never seen Apple release features to phones which are hardware limited due to RAM, so I would not expect a model which doesn't have the RAM to support what you're asking about to ever get what you want.

It's kind of like being upset because a Mercedes C class can't do all the fancy things a Mercedes S class can do.

Asking “will Apple” here does not work. As a community of end users like you, we cannot speak for Apple, and Apple does not share its development plans with us. Apple does not respond here, and the forum Terms of Use we all agreed to follow do not allow speculation.
