How to download iTunes Match library to an external drive

Hello,

I want to download my personal iTunes Match library, hundreds of CDs I uploaded, to an offline storage. But all I can seem to get is a list of my library, not the actual files. I've been online over two hours trying to figure this out. Can someone help? Thank you!
