Do Not Disturb is still on with moon icon
all my stuff is turn off in do not disturb but my moon is up and it’s still on
Open the Control Center and try switching it off as shown in the gif below

The On/Off featire still exists with variety of other options. Simply Tap to On and Off.
Please pull down the control Center and watch the fun. See the pic below which is self-explanatory.
