I cannot set alarm or timer on my Apple Watch (WatchOS 27.0) with Siri. It seems that Siri is trying to use the "Clock" app, but I only have Timer, Alarm or similar apps. A sample error message is "I can't set an alarm on this device because the clock app isn't available"

I had the same problem. Also couldn't set a timer, though I could do both through the UI on the watch. I ended up erasing the watch and setting it back up from scratch. Works fine after that.
This doesn’t work for me. Siri works for other functions, such as other kinds of questions. It just doesn’t work for timer and alarms.
