iPad Home button fails in Guided Access after iPadOS 27 update

Hello

my son uses iPad in guided access mode (only one app active).

Yesterday, after updating to iPadOS 27, I still can enter in guided access mode. But after it enters guided access mode, the iPad home button stops working and I cannot use home button or leave guided access mode because home button is disabled. The only way to leave guided access is by force restart (power button + home button).

Does anyone have an issue like this? It was all working well until I’ve upgraded to iPadOS 27, so I think it’s the new iPadOS.
