Apple TV - episode 1 not working on any shows

Hi, I just got a notification that I now have access to Apple TV with my iPhone storage subscription. I'm using a Windows laptop and I logged in to Apple TV (on Chrome), but I'm unable to play any shows. I tried multiple ones, and I get the same error message when I try to play the 1st episode. But other episodes work!!

I tried to find the email support but that's a mission impossible, apparently. Anyone else had the same issue? Anyone knows how to fix this? Thank you!
