Can't clear Safari history if Screen Time passcode in use on ios 27.0

In ios 27.0, can anyone explain why suddenly I am prevented from clearing Safari history if I add a passcode to my Screen Time settings?

Worked fine (i.e. I could Clear History and Website Data in the Safari App no problem at all) in all ios 26.n versions.
