I received a free 30 day trial after purchasing concert tickets for Apple TV. When I check my Apple TV subscriptions, the free trial is not listed for me to activate. How can that be fixed? I have three emails connected to my Apple ID, Apple TV so it should be working.

I would expect that the seller of the concert tickets has a detailed description on how to redeem their offer. Those instructions would include submitting an Apple Account email address with them, to link the subscription to.
