Disable Mail app's priority categorization in macOS

macOS Golden Gate vs 27.0 and mail ... since I downloaded the latest operating system, the mail app categorises my mails. So far only "priority". It doesn't show me the other categorisations as I was able to switch them off. It does it, when it detects a date. How can I switch it off totally? It is extremely annoying. I don't need anyone who classifies my mails. What a bad idea. In a nutshell: how can I get rid-off the categorization "priority"?

“Priority” is separate from the Primary/Transactions/Updates/Promotions categories, so turning off Mail Categories won’t disable it.

In Mail, select your Inbox, then choose View > Show Priority Messages. If it’s checked, click it to turn it off. That stops Mail from putting time-sensitive messages at the top as Priority Messages.

You shouldn’t need to disable Apple Intelligence or change any of your mail accounts.

Thank you for your answer, but I can't follow you. What do you mean with this? "select your Inbox, then choose View > Show Priority Messages" ... I don't see anywhere "Show Priority Messages". The menu bar, doesn't show "Show Priority Messages".
