Beats vs Apple Disconnection

I have a personal iPhone 15, work iPhone 16 (tied to a separate account), and iPad Mini 6th Gen. I also have Beats Studio Pro headphones, Powerbeat Pros (older model), and Studio Buds. Every day sometime in the 4-5pm EST/EDT hour, whichever Beats I'm wearing will disconnect from whichever iPhone/iPad I am using for approximately 30 mins. I have done all the forget/reset, troubleshooting solutions I can find online but it still keeps happening. How do I get this to stop happening?!
