I have an iPhone 12. My ringtone and alert volume keeps turning all the way down from absolute max at seemingly random. Both the attention awareness feature and the change with buttons option are off. It happens regardless of my phone being on Do Not Disturb or not. Why is this happening?

LateRoad ~ As your iPhone 12 could be 6 years old, it's worth checking for a weak, aging battery (which can cause unexpected behavior.) So...
Does your iPhone 12 still have its original battery?
And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

is because the new iOS have separate volumes for any type option, go to Settings, Sound & Haptics, select the option Match Ringtone Volume. Our disabled this option and select the volume on your choice.
Hello! Thanks for your response. I’m not seeing that option available. I’ve tried clicking through what I can and I’m not seeing it either, though I’ve attached just my Sound & Haptics screen.
