Apple Mail closes as soon as it is opened on M2 MacBook air with macOS Golden Gate. Please tell me how to fix this issue. All my data is synced to my Apple iCloud Account with 2 TB capacity.

No one in this user-to-user forum can tell you how to fix your problem based on the only symptom you describe.
Have you tried restarting your MBA?
What email accounts do you have? iCloud only, or others like AOL, Outlook, gmail, etc?
If you log in to icloud.com/mail do you see your mail?
