How can I create an Apple Music account in Turkey?
Why is there no option to create an Apple Music account in our country as Turkiye like Spotify?

There is not a separate account needed for use with Apple Music, it is the same as your Apple Account like you used to log in here. I assume you have the correct region set for your Apple Account.
If you are using a VPN, you may have problems signing into Apple Music using your Apple Account as many will block the verification needed. If you have one installed, you would need to remove it to test, as turning one off may not solve the problem.
