Am having problem with subscription when i use my card on my iPhone it shows me the card cant be use for itunes and so on
buh if i used it on my android phone it use to work

Did you have a previous charges repeatedly fail when using it for an iTunes/App Store purchase? I assume this card is added to your Apple Account, and if it is not a reliable method for making purchases, Apple may consider it not to be valid.
Also, if the region of the bank for the issued card is not the same as the Apple Account, then you will not be able to use that card for purchases processed by Apple. The region must be the same as the Apple Account.
If you use a VPN, that may interfere with the verification process and show that it cannot be used. Turning a VPN off may not resolve the problem and you would have to uninstall it to test.
