Find My not showing third-party travel tag on iPhone 16 Plus with 2FA error

Hi, I have an Iphone 16plus and have purchased a third party compatible travel tag. Using the "Find My" item, works on the IPad, but does not show on the phone. If I try to connect the item with IPhone directly, I get the error "this apple account does not support 2FA".... I have checked settings and 2FA is on. My Ipad is visible in "Find My" on my phone?

How does my ipad and iphone have different information? I have checked that i am logged in to the same Apple Account and the code sent to me to enter this forum came in on both ipad and iphone?

What now, I am not confident that "Find My" will work properly from my phone.
