I have iPad version 26.6.2. I want to use a wireless Bluetooth printer to print labels for my mineral collection. I understand I need something called AirPrint. Need to know which printers are compatible.

Popular amongst contributors here are printers from HP, Epson and Brother. Each have relative benefits - your choice ultimately being one of personal preference. Perhaps consider a "tank" printer in preference to those with expensive inkjet cartridges that must be replaced when empty. While "tank" printers are marginally more expensive to purchase, simply refilling the ink tanks when needed is much cheaper than cartridge replacement.
Aside from your eventual choice of printer, be aware that iPadOS 26.7 is current. As this version includes essential security updates for your iPad, you would ne well advised to update.

TL;DR: Get a Brother laser or LED with AirPrint.
A Brother laser or LED printer with both AirPrint and IPP/IPPS if there is any chance you will eventually also want to use other operating systems with it.
Both AirPrint and IPP/IPPS do not require vendor drivers for common operations.

Some other vendors might have great hardware, but their features, docs, websites, and support can be lacking.
Oldest Brother MFC printer here is coming up on twenty years old, and it’s occasionally needed new toner cartridges and maybe once a year needs a restart after a power glitch. It’s old enough that it lacks AirPrint, but the Brother apps still support it. One of the most utterly boring printers around.
