Hypertension notifications not available in the US?

My hypertension setting says it’s not available in the US on my new apple watch 12. Anyone else seeing this error?

With iOS 27 and watchOS 27 and with Watch Series 9 or later or Apple Watch Ultra 2 or later and not Watch SE: “You must be 22 years or older, not pregnant, and have not been diagnosed with hypertension.”
