I want to empty my apple account balance

You can’t normally withdraw an Apple Account balance as cash. The usual way to empty it is to spend the remaining balance on apps, subscriptions, or other eligible Apple purchases.

If the balance is less than the cost of a single item, contact Apple Support and ask them to clear the remaining balance. Apple also notes that cash refunds are only available where required by law.
