Can I create custom sound profiles for ringtones and vibration?

I am looking for a feature or shortcut which can change ringtone to other ringtone.

I will describe as below:

I need to create different 2 profiles with different personalized settings attached to those profiles so when I activate the required profile,

those settings will be in effect in one go.

example:

1. profile1--- with a ringtone1, sms tone1 & vibration mode on.

2. meeting profile2--- with ringtone2,sms tone2 & vibration mode off.

and i create a shortcut for profile1 and profile2 using shortcu app on my home screen.

when i click it will prompt to choose either profile 1 or profile 2, when i choose profile 1, all the settings attached in profile 1 will be in effect.

this was present in Nokia in old days & was very useful.

can this be done by Apple?
