Windows recovery error 0xc000000e still appears after reformatting the SSD installed in the optical drive on a MacBook Pro 15" 2011

How do I delete Windows recovery error '0xc000000e' that still shows even after deleting Windows 10 and reformatting the SSD installed in the optical drive on my MacBook Pro 15" 2011?

Note: I have used the recommended OWC Mercury Electra installed in one of their Data Doublers for installing an SSD in the optical drive.
