Forgot MacBook Air administrator password
I have forgotten the administrator password for my ex-wife's MacBook Air. How can I retrieve this or reset the admin password on her MB Air?? Help!!

I believe there are enough paths (“if”s) in the article that your path will be included. I have not tried this, so I cannot guarantee the results. If I had this scenario, this is the article I would rely on for guidance.
HI, wanted to get back to you ... I decided that I would not try from the link you suggested, just for the reason that I do not want to be responsible for any unforgivable "mistakes" that might happen on my ex-wife's MB Air.

Thanks for responding, but will this also work for the forgotten ADMIN password? Her login pwd works, but I cannot find the password that I had setup 3 years ago as the administrator on her MB Air.
I'll see if that might work & will respond one way or another.
