iTunes album plays too quietly on Mac Mini M2 Pro

Hi team,

I just wanted to ask something regarding iTunes. I recently bought an album from iTunes and when played, it's too quiet and I've to raise Sys volume up close to Max for it to be able to hear in a decent volume. The soundcheck is unchecked. Not sure what's happening.

And if I were to listen to preview tracks from any other album/songs, that plays in normal volume as equal to Sys volume settings. I use a Mac Mini M2 Pro with the latest software updated.

If you could shed some light to remedy the situation, that would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
