Siri won't recognize my voice when I request action on devices in the Home app.

Siri won't recognize my voice when I request action on devices in the Home app. E.g. I ask for music on the speaker in the "bedroom" and It asks me to "unlock my iPhone first". If I just ask for music to be played it completes the request without asking to unlock. I have iOS 27 installed with Siri AI turned on. Siri "recognize my voice" is turned on in Home app settings. I have toggled this off and on several times and restarted my iPhone several times. Still not working. This problem only started after turning Siri AI on.
