Cool Down the Phone: Unplug your iPhone, remove any thick protective case, and move it to a cool, shaded area. Let it cool for 15–20 minutes before plugging it back in. 

Force Restart Your iPhone:

1. Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
2. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
3. Press and hold the Side (Power) button until the screen goes black and the Apple logo appears. 

Check Battery Health: Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging to see if your maximum capacity is severely degraded or if a specific charge limit is active. 

Inspect the Port: Clean any lint or dust out of the charging port using a clean, soft-bristled brush or a wooden toothpick. 

And make sure to use the original Appel USB cable and at least the Apple 20W power adapter.
