i am using an iPhone 15 pro max with model number MU2Q3CH/A A3108 which i have updated to the latest IOS 27.
The New Siri is still the Old version and not the new version. i am currently not living in China but living in Africa.
I was wondering if anyone can help assist me on how to get the new Siri AI to work on my iPhone 15 Pro Max device.

Your phone was intended for China distribution, with the model number ending in CH/A, and it is the device that is currently not able to have Apple Intelligence/Siri AI added. Changing your region makes no difference as that would be an easy workaround for those in China who use a VPN and change the region on their device, so it is a device ban for any iPhone intended to be sold in that region. If the Chinese Government allows the devices intended to be sold in their region to have those services, then an update will be provided to make them available on your device.
Thanks Mac Jim ID for the feedback, so you mean even if my apple ID is region is set to the US and the language and is changed to US English, still the new IOS 27 Siri AI wont work??
