How to change value label orientation for series in Numbers charts?
In numbers, ¿There's a way to change the orientation of the value labels on the series?

Assuming you're referring to a bar or line chart (not all options apply to all chart types), you can control this via Inspector -> Axis -> Category (X) -> Category Labels -> Label Angle:
You can choose one of the preset angles, or choose Custom to set whatever angle you prefer.
