Migrate Mail from MacBook Pro (Sierra) to new macOS version

I need to move all my email and various mailboxes from an old Macbook Pro running Sierra (10.12.6) to a new MacBook Pro running Tahoe (26.6.2) WITHOUT moving any other files or data as I have the second computer setup with what I need already. I would appreciate a step by step method of doing this since they are such different OS versions.
