iPhone 18 Pro dictation auto-punctuation toggle disappeared on iOS 27

The standalone "Auto-Punctuation" toggle has been integrated or replaced under the new on-device AI/Advanced Dictation framework in iOS 27,

Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

Tap General, then select Keyboard.

Scroll down to the Dictation section to see if advanced options or a master toggle are available.

If the toggle is completely absent due to an ongoing software quirk, try performing a standard restart of your device or check for subsequent iOS point updates that restore granular control. 

yeah, this option is just not working anymore. If the "Smart Punctuation" toggle in the all keyboards section is supposed to be controlling this, then it's definitely not doing it for dictation. The only option under the dictation section is to turn off dictation. Tried restarting, obviously. This either broke or Apple made a decision that commas and periods need to be inserted at their discretion. hopefully they fix it in iOS 27.2
