Apple Care One for Apple Studio Display

I recently just purchased the Apple Care One. I wanted to add my 2026 Studio Display that I purchased back on April 28, 2026. It's still under the Limited Warranty until April 27, 2027. However, the device is nowhere to be found to be added on the Apple Care One. Not even on the "No Eligible Devices", nor saying it's not qualified.

Has anyone experienced this type of issue? I even cannot find my Studio Display on Find My app, I understand it doesn't have its own operating system, but I've seen it shows on some people's Find My app? And also, I'm using it as a display for my old MacBook Pro 13" (2020).

I asked one of the team members in Apple store and they told me to bring it over to be added manually. But I don't wanna be packing the screen and bring it over if they just gonna end up deny it for no reason. The display is still working, no scratches/scuffs or any physical damages. And it's not light to be carried around as well T.T
