I don't know if there is a program called "Silhoulette Design Space". When I do a Google search, that seems to lead to a place where you can purchase designs to use with a Silhouette cutting machine.
There is a program called Silhouette Design Studio, described here:

It appears to be a program "to access or create designs and send them to a Silhouette cutting machine". It runs on macOS and Windows (see vendor site for details), and while the basic version is free, access to some features is an extra-cost thing involving purchase and entry of an upgrade license key.
I do not see Silhouette Design Studio in the Mac App Store (although there are other programs there with names such as "Design for silhouette studio" and "Guide For Silhouette Studio" that appear to be by completely unaffiliated developers) – so I think the idea would be that you would download the Mac version directly from the developer site.
Your tag line indicates that you are using an iPhone 13. The same site refers to a mobile app for iOS and for Android that is called Silhouette Go, and has a link that leads to the App Store. The App Store description says that it is "the companion app for Silhouette Studio."
